Merge & Compress Scanned PDFs

Scanned the front and back pages separately on a single-sided scanner? Re-interleave them into the right order, combine several PDFs into one, and shrink heavy scans. Everything runs in your browser — files are never uploaded. Free, no install, no signup.

🔒 Everything runs entirely in your browser. Your PDFs are never sent to any server.
Color mode
⚠ B&W keeps only text for the smallest file, but charts and shading disappear. Auto and grayscale keep shading, but colors (stamps, highlighter) turn gray.

03FAQ

How do I merge a double-sided document from a one-sided scanner?
Scan all the front pages into one PDF and all the back pages into another, then upload both — they're re-interleaved into 1·2·3·4… order. If you flipped the back stack, choose the reverse option.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens inside your browser (on your device); your PDF is never sent to any server. An internet connection is only needed for the first load.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
It's completely free with no install and no signup. Just open the page and use it.
How much smaller will my PDF get?
It depends on the scan and your settings, but scanned PDFs usually drop to about half their size. Adjust the resolution (DPI) and color mode to balance quality and size.
Will compressing hurt quality?
Auto mode keeps color and shading while reducing size. The smallest black-and-white mode keeps only text, so charts and shading may disappear — best for text-only documents.
